I think and I hope this is the last photo about flood that I have to describe. Actually name of Riau originally take from Rio or river, it is true. There are some rivers in Riau such as Siak (the deepest river in Indonesia), Kampar, Rokan, Indragiri, Kuantan and other rivers that I can not mention it one by one. So, flood can comes and goes easily.
It is a good idea to change all types of transportation becoming more efficient. Boat is popular in flood situation and it is useful to trick the flood.
That Flood is caused by Kampar river that near from Kuapan Ujung Padang village in Tambang, Kampar. The area is covered by water over one meter. Normally, the position where that people pass is a small road, but I never see it before.
The other place in Kampar, Riau. Flood is "very kind" here. It only blows about half meter but, the community is made trouble enough.
I do not know what festival is it, actually this photo is took by friend sometimes ago. I am confused that, what are they (the children) doing exactly?
The main problem has come, when community wanted to go out from the village riding motorcycle. As we know the higher village is not swept by flood. Some people need to do such as social working to help their brother.
Everything has goodness and weakness side; flood also has both of them. When people have to fight against flood, the others catch fishes. They can get more fishes than usual!
And this work (catching fishes) comes suddenly together with flood, Can you guess what is job that women do before? yeah they are vegetables farmers.
When flood season comes, very unlucky area is the village nears from river, flood producer (I call it because river overloads water, so water blows to land where lower). Look at that the nearest house from river; it waits a time when water sweeps it.
Nilo is a village located in regent Pelalawan - Riau. It is a small village with a river named Nilo (I think). This area can not escape from the flood. Flood sweeps it all.
A nice thing if we catch that mom nearer and help her how to trick the flood that attacks her house. You know, flood makes stockpile especially food lower. I hope many fishes can catch by that mom for feeding her children.
Ok, flood becomes my main subject to photograph and publish. That photo shows us a local government in Bulu Cina, Regent Kampar Riau. Actually below of the building is river but, caused by flood that area becomes like a huge pond or sea. What do you think?
I ever passed this location; it was a road when my friend and I did camping in Bulucina, Kampar. Actually, Bulucina is a tourism place in Kampar but, the flood makes it in trouble.
I have a new consideration in naming my photo; I love to use Bahasa Indonesia. Exactly, Meranti, Rumbai is an area where flood always blows there, almost every rainy season. What should government do to solve this?

I guess the children do not know what happen exactly, they would not think about their house. Just swim and swim. Flood.. flood.. flood, Siak could you please stop flowing the water?
