This is an old building of UIN Suska Building; it is located in where we called it "central campus", in Sukajadi, Pekanbaru. Now, this building was not function well because, some major duty moved to Panam, Pekanbaru.

There are some problems which make me busy these weeks. As a Daily Photo Blogger, my existence is questionable. Yeah, we have to post at least one new photo a day and I did not do that for several days. And Now I return!, this photo took in a way to reach Islamic State University of Suska Riau.

I am still a student, I have to do examination! that is my reason..

Ok, I want to tell you about the philosophy of the photo above. It's taken in a way to UIN Suska Riau - The Only One Islamic State University in Riau and Sumatra Island in Indonesia - several days ago. You can see "1 X 24"; it means that I have to report to Riau Daily Photo at least once a day by post a photo.

Probably, This photo took in Rumbai, Pekanbaru - Riau. There are many shops which serve traditional handcraft. Children is used to handle some jobs, they are still young and "cheap". Is it allowed in your City?

Children and Flood. If they face each other will cause an ill, I think their parents can not stop them from "playing". About black water? it is just a typical water in Riau which is influence by black forest.

A beggar with her equipment prowls to clean cars in junction. They only need food or money. She is still child who needs education. Riau is the one of the richest provinces in Indonesia, what do you think?

Water Front City Construction

Do not ask me about Water front city in Riau capital, I do not know about it at all. The main phenomenon is a river cross the city and flood. Government plans to protect city by build land defender like a wall which they hope it can defenses city from the flood.

Transportation in the River of Riau

Most of transportation in area where is separated by river uses a ship to across it. You know, The word ''Riau'' is took by word Rio that means river, too many river in Riau like Kampar, Indragiri, Rokan, Kuantan and the popular one is Siak river. I think government has no enough treasure to build more bridge, so ship becomes an effective transport.

It was very exciting to see and join with traditional fisherman in Riau, wait for fishes and feel fresh air in sea. Actually Riau traditional fisherman indicates no machine in their ship like that man's ship.

Panipahan Society’s house economic and local access is on the sea. Look, they are on their duty going to work everyday. This area (at the end of Rokan Hulu Regent, Riau) borders with Labuhan Batu, North Sumatera - Indonesia.

My friends said that this was bad journalist photographic product. But, I was interested in Old Tree that stood there. Someone said that was bamboo trees, it placed on sailing way in Bagansiapiapi, Panipahan - Riau. It made trouble in sailing and can break ship that passes that trees.

People on The Water

Can't Reach The Harbor

An overload ship can not reach the harbor. People that I call them "Passenger" have to be evacuated to land by boat (I mean here, a ship without machine).

Dock in Riau?

It is the place where a Riau legendary ship called "Lancang Kuning" born. Riau is surrounded by water and sea which force its community to build craft, boat, ship and etc. and It is the place where the strongest sailorman born.

Last about Flood

I think and I hope this is the last photo about flood that I have to describe. Actually name of Riau originally take from Rio or river, it is true. There are some rivers in Riau such as Siak (the deepest river in Indonesia), Kampar, Rokan, Indragiri, Kuantan and other rivers that I can not mention it one by one. So, flood can comes and goes easily.
