Unknown Traditional Food of Riau

Well, it's the second time I back to post a photo in Riau Daily Photo's blog after I stopped for a while. Now, I decide to publish my own photos that I took by my own hand and my mobile phone camera.

It was just a temptation when I sew a strength rare food in a junior high school in Kampar regent, Riau. The waitress, a mom, said that It is "goreng cempedak" or we can call it Fried Jackfruit. From the conversation with that old woman (waitress) this food is only existed in Rumbio village, Kampar regent, Riau.

Rujak Buah Maharaja

Rujak Buah Maharaja is a Riau traditional food, originally (may be) comes from Riau Province. What is the uniqueness, its name. Rujak Buah is food combines several types of fruit with paste, "Maharaja" is King of The King so "RUJAK BUAH MAHARAJA" means: King of The King of Rujak Buah.
