Label: Flood
The main problem has come, when community wanted to go out from the village riding motorcycle. As we know the higher village is not swept by flood. Some people need to do such as social working to help their brother.

Do the men who are doing the ferrying have to be paid? Those who 'help' out here during floods expect it.
