Probably, This photo took in Rumbai, Pekanbaru - Riau. There are many shops which serve traditional handcraft. Children is used to handle some jobs, they are still young and "cheap". Is it allowed in your City?

If it's a company, it's illegal. But if they work with and for their family, the government just turns a blind eye. Because if they don't work, the family won't be able to make ends meet or worse, the family will go hungry.
