Flood phenomena in Riau are coming yearly as effect of Sungai Siak. But, not all of us are sad causing the flood, that boys look so happy. It is time to play or study.

I know they are having fun. We always used to play in the standing water after a hard rain. It was always a lot of fun, but not exactly a healthy thing considering what breeds in standing water.
